With so many great surrounding European countries, Austria often gets overlooked. However, don’t let this fool you. Austria is a land full of beauty and enchantment that deserves much more than just a “passing through” visit. From rolling hills to pristine lakes and snowy mountaintops, Austria features beauty at every turn. Some of the most beautiful architectural features of Austria are the many grand palaces. Today, we’re featuring three of Austria’s most enchanted palaces.

    1. Schloss Leopoldskron. You’ll likely be spending a significant amount of time in Salzburg, which is one of Austria’s most beautiful and largest cities. As such, Schloss Leopoldskron is a great place to start. This Austrian palace features a beautiful scene, overlooking lake Leopoldskroner Weiher with mountains rising in the distance. Nonetheless, the Czech Republic provides dining experiences that are some of the most unique in Europe. To have these unique dining experiences, begin your food tour in Prague.

You probably have a couple questions when it comes to Czech cuisine. What exactly is Czech cuisine? What do I drink with Czech cuisine? First of all, the cuisine has a heavy meat influence. This ranges from typical meat choices like pork, chicken, and beef, to more unique meats, such as duck, rabbit, and lamb. A common side dish you’ll have is knedlíky, which can best be described as a potato-based dumpling.
